A better headline would have been Guyana plans to -regain Catfish Market…not that it accepts the blame for its loss according to this attached report:
We know the Coalition inherited a mess but they were elected to fix it and this should be the news … not a reminder of how a government could lack so much vision that jobs continue to be lost.
Hopefully we’ll see some foresight assigning monies to bail out troubled industries.
